The Accor group markets a wide range of services to its franchised hotels. This activity represents a significant proportion of B2B revenues, yet the service catalog is neither structured nor digitized. Accor wants to structure, digitize and, above all, make all the services in its catalog accessible to all stakeholders.

The objective is to structure Accor’s global service catalog and make it available to all stakeholders.
